Boulangeries/Patisseries/Fromageries – OH MY!

Boulangerie/Patisseries are a “major” component of daily life for Parisians (the entire French Republic actually) … coming home from work or play without a warm, crusty baguette in hand for dinner (or lunch) is almost sacrilegious….the challenge for me is not purchasing more than one item from these heaven sent Artisans!

I’ve assembled a mosaic of what can be enjoyed when walking into these decadent bakeries – hopefully you will see my challenge with Good and Evil jousting on a daily basis (my temptation verse will-power)!

I will say, I still get excited every time I pass a new or familiar Boulangerie/Patisserie, just to see what is new and/or fresh out of the ovens …Yes, I’m looking into counseling :)!
